What is microblading?
Whether you like them arched, straight or bold eyebrows are arguably the most important facial feature. If you’re not satisfied with the ones you have then there is now a very natural option that delivers semi-permanent results... microblading.
Unlike some effects of semi-permanent make up, microblading is an embroidery of strokes that look like real hairs. Ideal candidates are those who want to define, cover gaps, fill in over plucked or even fully reconstruct brows.
What happens during the treatment?
The longest and most important step is drawing in the shape with removable pencil. Every client has their own customised shape that will be discussed during the consultation. The next step is to apply a topical numbing cream to the area to minimise discomfort. During the procedure some clients may feel a slight discomfort but the treatment is relatively painless.
During the microblading process we use a special microblading tool to meticulously draw on individual strokes one by one.
Once we have finished your eyebrows you are good to go without any down time. The area may feel a little bruised the next day while the skin begins to heal. The healing process is different for everyone and takes between 25-30 days. Aftercare plays up to 50% in your results so we will provide you with an aftercare balm and clear instructions to take home with you. After 4-6 weeks we’ll ask you to come back for your touch up appointment.
